Yes, we are happy to delivery your order to an address that is different to your normal billing address. To do this, simply enter the desired delivery address during checkout process. As such, please ensure that you have checked all details is accurate prior to submitting your order for processing.

We aim to deliver to as many places as possible as we understand that adds to the ease and convenience of shopping at Ewein Ecommerce! However, currently we only deliver within Penang island area. However, in some circumstances, we might be able to accommodate your request. Kindly email to firstname.lastname@example.org or direct contact our Customer Service Team if you are interested in shipping to other areas within Malaysia not currently under coverage.
Currently, there is a free shipping within Penang island area.
Drivers will contact you to ensure the time is aligned with you before delivery. If not, you will receive either a notice slip indicating that you can call or email for re-delivery arrangements. The best way to ensure a successful delivery is to provide us with the address that you will be at during our delivery time from Monday to Sunday (10am – 7pm).
It should not be accepted and return to our delivery man if your parcel clearly shows signs of damage or leakage at the time of delivery. Your return request will be processed within 24 hours and deliver to you within 1-2 working days once request approved.
We do not receive any return and/or refund of our product unless it was incorrectly delivered or its packaging was damaged during transit, please let us know straight away by contacting our Customer Service Team and make sure the return item is in a same condition as when it first arrived.
If your ‘Return’ request has not been approved by us yet, you can withdraw the request. If your ‘Return’ request has been already approved by us, please contact Customer Service Team to request Return Withdrawal process.
Replacement of goods will reach your doorstep within 1-2 working days after we approved your return request.
Unfortunately, it cannot be refund in cash. Only available to replace in same items that you have ordered before.
