RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

 


We do not receive any return and/or refund of our product unless it was incorrectly delivered or its packaging was damaged during transit, please let us know straight away by contacting our Customer Service Team and make sure the return item is in a same condition as when it first arrived. Otherwise, Ewein Ecommerce reserves the right to decline your return request. Please keep the original packaging and boxes until further advised by us.

 

Once an order has been successfully submitted, Ewein Ecommerce will not entertain any request for cancellation of the order or return items. As such, customers are advised to check all details prior to submitting your order for processing and inspect the general condition of the products immediately upon receipt of the delivery. No claims shall be entertained once the delivery order has been accepted by customers.

 

Replacement of goods will send to you after we approved your return request and we will update you via email or SMS once your refund has been initiated. If you have any questions about this policy, please contact our Customer Service Team.
