SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

 

Currently, Ewein Ecommerce only deliver within Penang Island area and there is a free delivery within Penang Island area. We do not deliver outside of our coverage area. However, in some circumstances, we might be able to accommodate your request. Kindly email to contactus@eweinecom.com or direct contact our Customer Service Team if you are interested in shipping to other areas within Malaysia not currently under coverage.

 

All orders shall be processed and delivered to customers within 1-2 working days. Orders successfully received before 3pm on Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays), will be processed on the same working day. All other orders received after 3pm will be processed on the next working day. Orders placed and received on weekends (Saturday or Sunday), will be processed the next working day (Monday). After processing your order, all orders are despatched within 1-2 working days. We will contact you to ensure the time is aligned with you before delivery. If not, you will receive either a notice slip indicating that you can call or email for re-delivery arrangements. Please note that we do not accept any changes made once your order has been successfully submitted, therefore we strongly urge you to please ensure that all the details of your recipient’s address are correct and accurate before you place your order. Please remember that it is important that providing us with full contact details, including your contact telephone number, your email address and your recipient’s contact telephone number. Failure to provide this contact information may result in we are not being able to resolve delivery issues in a timely fashion.

 

In the event that we may be unable to deliver your order due to (i) a problem with the address you provide (ii) the named recipient no longer living at the delivery address (iii) the named recipient not being in at the time of delivery, please note that we will only attempt one subsequent delivery and that this may not be possible on the date of the original delivery.
